Hane is sourced from an award-winning tea producer whose knowledge of Japanese tea cultivation and processing has been passed down through generations. Grown in Uji, Kyoto, the tea reflects the region’s long-standing reputation for producing some of Japan’s finest tencha.

Once harvested, the carefully selected Uji tencha travels to Shizuoka to be finely milled. The result brings together the distinctive depth of Uji-grown tea with Shizuoka’s precision in processing and milling — two stages that come together to shape the character of every cup.
